I used to never have problems with this place but lately they have either been closed for no reason or won’t answer the phone. Then if they do answer the phone they don’t know anything.

When we spoke on the phone, the man who answered was extremely unhelpful — giving general statements just saying that he would have to see the load and the dimensions of the trailer. Even after being told the dimensions of the trailer and the general contents, he refused to give an estimate and told us to come down to the dump and he will estimate it at the gate, which is frustrating but understandable. When we came down, the second he came out of the door of his office, his first words were “What is all that sh*t?” Then he proceeded to give an outrageous price and continued to cuss and be generally rude/arrogant. I am aware that it’s a dump and not the most professional or fun place to work, however he should not be excluded from general respect and customer service.

All good for me doing a remodel..fare prices for what it is..unloading trash. Better then leaving it on the street. One thing for the County to consider give county resident a discount as apposed to same prices for anyone to dump...Taxes in Wood are higher then Dallas, Dallas dump is free to residents.
