Went to the tire center this morning with a low pressure light from the prior evening. Told the associate that I had run over debris the evening before prompting the light to come on. He checks my tire pressure and although my car calls for 35 psi in front and 30 in rear, he says I like to do 33 all around and gets to it. I was a little low on the front passenger, 28 psi. Big surprise when my LP light doesn't go off. Then he proceeds to tell me it could be caused by the weather or anything really. Again, I tell him it came on shortly after I hit debris in the road yesterday. He says, if the psi isn't below 20, then there's probably nothing in the tire. When I say I want my tire checked, he sighs and tells me it will be an hour. There was a car in front of me that needed a battery?! No surprise though. You've got one person actually working and 2 fluffing off. I took it down the road to another shop, where they listened to me, and there was a nail in my tire.

They did great working on my truck but the staff in the auto care center are very rude.

Our local Walmart did not have my size tires in stock. The manager in automotive recommended a tire from their online site. After receiving the tires, Walmart automotive told me they were the wrong ply. Had to pay $100 in return shipping out of my pocket. Finally got the correct tires and went back to Walmart to have them installed. I was informed that my "stock" rims are too wide for their balancing machine. This whole process took nearly three months. Walmarts unprofessionalism and lack of integrity are shameful! The most miserable shopping experience of our lives. Fortunately for us, there are other merchants in our small town. Never again Walmart!!!

Workers are great here, but there is usually a wait. Some folks have told me of mishaps and problems they've had, parts breaking and all that, but I haven't had any issues personally
