Went in this morning to pick up a couch was bought 6 week's ago. Sent us to three werehouses. Then they don't have it in stock. The last werehouse was located in back ally dump. This place is a joke nobody knows what anybody is doing. ( WARNING ⚠️ THIS PLACE IS JOKE DON'T BUY ANYTHING HERE!!!!)

If there was a zero to check, I would have definitely chose that. Please do not buy your furniture from this place. Horrible customer service. The delivery guys damaged my stairwell. Still pending on the repairs. I will update on this place about the outcome depending on what the manager will do to solved the damages.

So happy with my experience at Furniture City. Our young salesman helped us find the perfect sectional. Delivery occurred right on schedule. And the furniture is comfortable and looks beautiful in our home. I highly recommend Furniture City.

Horibble horrible experience worst customer service ever! I have been waiting over 1 years to get my furniture fixed i can never get a straight answer. All they care about is getting there money and can care less about there customers. I have filled claim with BBB and they keep avoiding responding to there letters! I would never recomend this place to anyone! Take your money else where were they will appreciate your business becase furniture city does not!
