I've been going to this business to service my vehicles for 15+ years and bottom line, I trust these guys. Staff is always friendly, service done on time and I never felt like they inflated or created an issue. Like today, the check engine light came on for the first time in my 2011 F150 with 155K miles. Took it in, and they read the fault and it was a very minor fix. With 155K miles, they could have made up a lot of stuff that I would have believed, but they didn't. Maybe that's why my truck is still running great because I been taking it there since I bought her new. The email you the work order, and then the invoice. I can seee the complete service history of my truck online. I always recommend Firestone in Medford to friends and family.

Went in for a simple state inspection, was quoted a time frame of ONE hour max, ended up waiting with no explanation as to why for THREE HOURS! Absolutely unacceptable.
