Mailman misses mail to be mailed put! Happens a lot! Today two things to be mailed took one left other one , found it pushed to back of mailbox with todays mail coming to us

Excellent service at the desk. My mail carrier is an 11 on a scale of 1 to 10. He is prompt, mail is neatly placed in the mailbox, and the mail is never misdirected! Very polite, pleasant and professional demeanor.
