Ran out of soft serve ice cream. A big brand ice cream store should probably make sure they have enough ice cream. Edit: For the third time they have closed the soft serve machines an hour before close. Its ridiculous that the employees are basically closing half of the menu and hour before close. Either this store needs new employees or they need to be taught how to do their job properly.

Love Carvel but this spot I will never go back. Honestly the staff sucks. I’d rather go to 7/11. Every time I’ve been there I’ve done nothing but be polite and pleasant and I’ve always tipped pretty nicely to boot. I’m return I received rude impolite service no smile not even a thank you even after I tip. Next time if I’m that desperate for ice cream I’ll go to 7/11 or even take the time to make my own rather than go to this dump. Man Carvel has changed. I’ll try another location and hope I get better service. I wish I could leave zero stars. Those kids should be thankful they’re working or just stay home and play video games and watch YouTube! Never again man.
