Amazing care! I was transported the Atrium West after a car accident. I was impressed with the level of care by both the nurses and doctor's! I felt that they truly cared.

Nurse Megan and the lady at the front desk were extremely rude. Megan’s sarcasm and attitude is disgusting. She was being very argumentative and even tried to swing the curtain close in my face but ended up hitting her charge nurse in the face with it. All of this with my heart rate was at 160, having chest pains, shortness of breath, and swelling tongue and throat.

STAY AWAY. I am being generous with 1 star. This is the worst hospital and doctors. The ER staff if good but the rest of the hospital is the worst. I left the hospital with no infection and got a bone infection a few days later because Dr said I can shower and get wound wet and pat dry. Every other Dr I spoke to said this should never have gotten we. They also blew out my veins when they put a blood pressure cup on top of an IV.

Came into emergency room and everyone I interacted with was kind, patient, and caring. Each person seemed invested in my care and my wellness. I have never encountered service like this in any industry! They went beyond my expectations. There was some waiting around but that’s to be expected. I was in and out in about an hour!
