MY AUNT CAT HAIR WAS CLEAN SHE WAS OILED DOWN BED LINEN CLEAN. I MET ALEXIS VERY LIVELY SPEAKING POSTIVE WORDS AROUND THE PATIENTS LOVE IT OH ANOTHER NO ORDOR WHEN I HIT THE FLOOR. I GAVE 4 STARS BECAUSE I JOPE THIS CONTINUE PLEASE DON'T BREAK MY HEART ♥

The admissions team was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. The wound nurse is very professional.

The staff was not courteous with my elderly mother. She fell at home and was taken there for rehab after leaving the hospital. The has a special diet, because of her gout problem, and certain foods cause severe flare-ups. After the staff was notified they kept bringing her dishes they fed to everyone that she was unable to eat to where she stopped eating and drinking all together. She has two bad knees and bruises and sores from the fall. They were rough with when they changed the bandages and just left her food next to her bed that she was not eating and told us she was fed. She bot only sat in her pee, but the bandages would have occasional fecal matter on them and they did nothing about until we were there to witness the neglect. Highly recommend to think more than twice before taking your loved one to this understaffed and unapologetic facility.
