Boston Market had a great Memorial day deal that we just couldn't pass up. We ordered a whole chicken, slap of ribs, 4 large sides all for 25 bucks. Just remember there are up charges for the popular sides, thus we paid 3 bucks extra for sweet potatoes. The customer service was fabulous. The food was hot, fresh and quick to the table. The only downside is really the silly up charge and I wish they'd get rid of it. I look forward to going back sooner than later for sure.

The service was very good. The food was as expected. The price is so not worth it. There's no reasonable explanation for the amount Boston Market is changing for a half a chicken and two sides.

Hurts my heart to give a lower rating since I love Boston Market, but this location was out of everything that wasn't chicken and felt super dirty. With a baby just starting to feed herself solids and eats the table, I used a wet wipes to wipe the table.... I was shocked when the edge a slight bottom returned a nasty green color on the wipe.

Ordered online. Did not receive the cornbread. The place was totally black no lights on the signs or the building lights so it looked closed. The front doors were closed but I was supposed to pick up my order. They made no mention the lobby was closed. I did not receive a receipt so I am unable to get the reward points now. Terrible experience.
