I had lived this apartments between 23 August 2021 and 16 August 2022. In front office staff Aida and Teneka, other technical staff are good. But apartment complex very old, wall is very tinny. There are too much noise in the apartment. Business office is very small. elevator and stairs very dirty, smells urine. Car park area is smelling very bad due to trash. Good things; very close brook run park and schools, also midtown. I gave 2 stars just for Aida, Teneka and other technical person. Mission Rock Residential company is bad.

Ended my lease early. Management is unprofessional, specifically Teneka. She shouldn’t be working a front reception with no sensitivity training. They don’t answer the phone or emails. You have to follow up several times before hearing back. Maintenance men are sweet, but understaffed and takes weeks to complete work orders. My unit had mold and holes in the wall for over a month. Construction has been going on for over a year, where they cut off your water and enter your unit with no notice. Units are not worth the price. False advertisement on 24/7 security and “gated” community. Most of the doors aren’t secure around the property. Save your money and find an apartment worth your money.

The elevator is always dirty and disgusting and it smells like URINE. It literally takes nothing to just sanitize and bleach or clean the elevator. How is cleaning the elevator once a week too much to ask for when you are paying rent that is so expensive these days? They have more than enough to prevent the elevator from smelling like urine every day. It’s really disgusting and unbearable
