What a pleasant experience at this little gem. They had a sign out front saying they were short staffed but the service was amazing. Gary was so attentive and helpful with everything. Food wise, amazing! Didn’t get a picture of the burrata but that pesto was amazing! Had the salmon pan seared and Greek salad was delish! Will definitely stop by here again.

We have always had excellent food at Twist Bistro in the Summit. Last night, we attended their Spanish Wine Dinner - it was fabulous! The lamb chops with lavender honey were out of this world. This restaurant is such a gem. If you haven't tried it yet, you are missing out.

Super unique menu!! The mushroom crepe is my favorite item. They have a list of where items are locally sourced, so I love supporting a restaurant that also supports our community. I've eaten here 3 times with excellent service each time. …Laurie, We are so glad you decided to dine with us! We appreciate all the local community support we have. I also love the Wild Mushroom Crepe, as well as the Twist Chicken and Dumplings. See you next time!
