These guys know what they are doing. Lots of parts in stock and able to order most any part not in stock.

It's unfortunate that I have to give this business a 1 star. It had all the opportunity to get a better rating. I dropped my equipment (si.plicity lawnmower and Ariens zero turn) off on 8-3-2022 for oil change, new battery, sharpen blades, and new deck belts. I called last week and was told I was on an indefinite back order for my belts. I ordered the belts on Amazon (while on the phone) and recivedy belts 2 days later. I would have picked my mowers up sooner but had to go out of town. When I came back today they still didn't have the belt for the simplicity and the belt for the Ariens was 5x's what I paid for the belt online amd was told it was sitting on the table about to go on tomorrow morning. What a coincidence! I had already agreed to pay so I paid in full for what was completed and the parts they ordered. The total was just under $300. The total service performed was 2 oil changes amd 1 belt. The mowers had to be pushed out because the wouldn't turn on. One mechanic kept apologizing because he was embarrassed that I was being charged so much for basically nothing. The owner, Bill, made the comment that these were "unfinished" as if they would be finished anytime soon. One if the desk clerks came out to also apologize and try to present an apology and reason for the delays. All of which she also knew was not very acceptable. As we load the mowers a young lady was sure to add her comment "it's after 5pm it's theor problem now" to indicate to the mechanic to stop helping. He shrugged her off and helped load the mowers. Without saying an adverse word to anyone I paid in full and patiently waited for my equipment. I was really hoping to get equipment fixed and get back to working on my projects however now having paid nearly $300 for oil changes and a belt I am no further along than where I started a couple months ago. It's in my personal opinion that this business is stuck in a very antiquated loop decades ago and it's either time to sell or invest in a solid revamp to bring this business back up to speed. Either way, best of luck in the future.
