Your local animal shelter would be the best option. In Bristol, VA, that would be Bristol Animal Care and Control. Another option would be to contact the Animal Defense League and/or Holly Help about getting financial assistance with getting them spayed and neutered.

Does the Humain Society help with vet Bill's on a dog that had to have surgery.?

We can direct you to financial assistance to help have a cat or dog spayed/neutered at the Margaret B. Mitchell Spay/Neuter Clinic.

I have a neighbor that has threatened to kill my cats and a neighbors dog. In the last month we lost two cats and a dog. He has told neighbors when he sees their dog he will kill it.Is their anything we can do to stop this horrible person?

Please contact your local animal control and police department immediately about this issue. They can give you more information about the laws and what can be done. This sounds like an issue that is definitely worthy of reporting (more than once if needed). *The sole project of the Bristol Humane Society is the Margaret B. Mitchell Spay/Neuter Clinic.
