Yes, there is an issue with the DNS server and technicians are working to resolve the issue.
Call and ask. I too use my internet throughout the night with only an occasional interruption maybe once a month when they go offline for servicing.

Yep. Reported 3 times in 3 weeks. Get: Page Load Error; Code 401; Description: Unauthorized. Details say: kx:failed to load resource; Web exception: remote server returned an error; unauthorized. On my TV and also a friend's near The Virginian. Last tech says vendor issue. Looking at Hulu. Turned on and off many times. Did a reset twice. 2 technicians acknowledge problem. Know I'm not crazy seeing friend's is same.
