Call and ask. I too use my internet throughout the night with only an occasional interruption maybe once a month when they go offline for servicing.
They do most of their maintenance at night
Because once Point took over, the service continues to get worse. I'm hoping for some work to be done on the infrastructure to maybe help.
I don't know I use my internet all night long till 5 or 6 in the morning and never had a problem with it
