I have attended 6 sessions with Tatia and I feel amazing after each session. It's been a life changing experience. Having never been to a hypnotherapist, I decided to go in-person to the first session so I could compare in-person with virtual. Both have been very relaxing and eye opening but I prefer virtual. I found virtual to be slightly more relaxed because I'm in my own comfort zone (my bed actually) and I also didn't need to take as much time away from my day to drive to the appointments. It didn't feel like I was losing anything at all by attending virtual versus in-person. We worked on my biggest issue and added several smaller issues that I wanted to work on. I found Tatia to be very pleasant, positive, encouraging, and empathetic. She really listed and I never felt controlled or manipulated. I can't recommend Tatia enough.
