I live in South Africa but having visited a close friend in Charlotte in Dec, going through one of the most difficult times in my life, she referred me to Jennifer. Despite years of therapy, due to an abusive childhood and in my early 30’s, being diagnosed as having a bipolar disorder, Jennifer was literally my life saver. She was so empathetic to my pain, and my circumstances, yet very intuitive & frank in her observations. I felt that for the fist time that I had found a therapist, who truly understood me. Throughout my sessions via Zoom, she taught me the practical “tools” with which, to better manage the situation in my life and to understand myself better. Working though my past & present traumas, she taught me how to understand and deal with my reactions and circumstances in a more positive way. I am forever grateful to Jennifer, who gave me such professional and practical help.

Jennifer is amazing! She helped me overcome issues with food and life has improved so much since Jennifer started working with me. She’s also super nice, funny and easy to talk to. 10/10 would recommend ⭐️

I started seeing Jennifer almost a year ago and she has been truly amazing to work with. I have tried traditional cognitive behavioral therapy and lifecoaching in the past, but Jennifer has brought a fresh perspective and discernment to my life . . . not only through very effective hypnotherapy, but also keen insight into my specific personality. She is incredibly easy to talk to and creates a safe, non-judgmental space. Jennifer is not only an incredible listener, but also a very effective practitioner for change. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

I started seeing Jennifer 3 years ago as I was going through my divorce. With her help I was able to reach a level of peace and happiness that I never imagined possible!!

Hi Brenda, I am not taking new clients currently. Medicaid does not usually cover hypnotherapy. You may need to look for a therapist who does.
Hypnosis can help you think in a more positive way but it does not take away or get rid of all negative thinking. It helps you see life in a more realistic and positive way. Hope this helps!
Hi Chase, Thanks for reaching out. We can address the underlying subconscious blocks, beliefs and emotions that are contributing to your stuttering. We will reframe how you approach speech in different situations so that you speak in a calm and natural way. Hope this answers your question.
Hi Tony, Thanks for reaching out. I do not work with children.
I don't offer those.
Hi Anthony, First let me apologize for just now responding. You do not have to do a phone consultation first, yet feel free to reach out if you have any questions. I recommend going to my site at www.JTHypnosis.com and completing my intake form. I will review it and let you know if my services will benefit you. Thanks! Jennifer
Hi Ronald, thanks for your question. Hypnosis can help your wife remember where she put them IF she was the one who actually hid them. Meaning her subconscious mind can help her remember the last place she touched them. Hope this helps answer your questions!
