Looks like rules don’t apply to this branch. 2 people had lunch during my visit, no one wore a mask while NYC was on high alert,some dudes were talking loud. Unbelievable!

Yes there is and they charge the standard fee of 10¢ per page that's printed. In order to use the printer one must have a library card and you can add money to the card for the use of the printer.
