Horrible. First shipping for a 21 dollar purchase was 17 , I immediately put in a complaint with Apple Pay . Could not call company as they were closed Friday and all week end . Called this morning only to be greeted by rudeness and lies . September informing me I can call back and speak with Leann or owner . Called back and Collette states I can do no such thing . Shipping would not be negotiated . Shame on this company and rude staff made it all the more horrible of an experience. I will be sending the hand soap back , Lisa on my shipping and back to bath and body I go where I am always treated with kindness even if I have a complaint .

I order online. They send their orders out quickly and I've never had a problem with their products. In fact I use them on a very regular basis for my home based business.

I don't believe there is a retail 'store'. The do offer their customers the ability to pick up their orders at the warehouse rather than having them shipped.

I would suggest using whatever carrier oil you prefer i.e. olive oil, grapeseed, jojoba applying essential oils neat is not recommended because they are so concentrated

Yes i. Not familiar with xmelts either, also lip balms, shampoo and conditioner, body spray, air freshener. Earaches, pain , sore muscles, a large array of maladies that afflict us but you want essential therapeutic oils not fragrances or essences
