Find out the problem of yesterday. I review my yesterday's note and give back 5 stars due this: It's not a human problem, the software who manage this electronic key just have some "bugs" and basically somehow software didn't recognize my lease renew so after a month, automatically shut the access. (which in one way it's good more safety) I just met the manager this morning and he is already addressing this software problem, so this why I give back 5 stars. Problems can happen, but as long somebody is willing to solve immediately it's a good thing. This is another reason a i give back 5 stars. So this prove how the guys manage this apartment are really willing to do the right thing, which I appreciate and for sure I'll renew again my lease next year! ------------------------------------------------------ got a incredible issue today I'm a resident since July 2021 (just renew my lease 1 one year last month) Today when I went back to my apartment the electronic key fob (like a credit card) does not work. So I use the app on my phone "ButterflyMX" to open the main door but then I can't get to my floor with elevator since the elevator don't recognize the card. Lucky another guest was with me and he allow me to reach my floor level. Call the assistance and the guy told me that only the manager can reset the card and of course since it's Sunday he is not available. So basically I FORCED to stay in my apartment this afternoon. After few call, the technician show up and after few tentative (he was in contact with GM assistance guy) we discovered that there is only one method to use "ButterflyMX" app and operate the elevator to reach the floor: The only way is to go on the entrance on West Ave. Use the touch screen inside the building and call your apt Number from directory. You will receive a call and after the "ButterflyMX" app will pop up and you need to press "open door" Then you need to run in the elevator and be sure there is no one with you because it they punch their floor and it's not yours, you need to repeat this again. Also on West ave, you maybe not have enough cell phone (like me) coverage depending on the provider you have. so you need to step outside the building to get the phone call. Very complicated procedure, which no one explain to me, especially what to do if the card is not working. Even the technician call couple time the GM assistance to get the right instruction. There are 3 main access points on this building with this "ButterflyMX" system, but only the one in Wet Ave can be used in case you card is not working 5 stars to the technician who help me. 0 stars since they didn't explain on how to access in case the electronic key doesn't works UNBELIEVABLE!!!

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY UNIT AND THE LOCATION, AS I WAS NOT ABLE TO COME TO PHYSICALLY SEE THE BUILDING... BEN WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL IN GIVING ME EXACTLY WHAT I REQUESTED FOR MY LIVING SPACE. JAY AND JANIE ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL STAFF MEMBERS AS WELL STAFF MEMBERS AS WELL.... ALWAYS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND FRIENDLY THE LOCATION IS KEY AND SINCE I HAVE LEFT FROM THE NORTH THIS IS THE CLOSEST TO CITY LIVING THAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS PRETTY MUCH RURAL AREA THE ONLY DOWNFALL IS THAT THERE ARE MANY, MANY, MANY DOGS IN THIS BUILDING AND OWNERS WHO ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE ENOUGH TO CLEAN UP AFTER THEIR ACCIDENTS AND THE COMMON AREAS!!!

Vida Kannapolis staff are professional very accommodating and friendly. One of the staff - Benjamin Hare did an excellent job taking me on tour of the community and providing information about everything included. This is one place that has it all!!! There’s so many great features that most places don’t offer. My only disappointment is the 2.bedroom 2 bathroom exceeds my budget. I must admit though that the extra features available made it easier to decide to go with the 1 bedroom.
