****I did not or do not rent from this place. I was visiting someone else ************* If I could give less than 1 star I would have done so. Roach infested to the point of roaches crawling out of the heat vents everytime the heat blows. The maintenance staff appears to be incompetent. The dumpsters are always overflowing. There is one dumpster for approximately 36-48 3 bedroom apartments. HUD supplemented housing does not have to and should not look like this.

I personally grew to like Brenda once we got to know each other a little more over the years. She is honest and straightforward. I will say she hates to see women get comfortable with living in income based housing which is only suppose to be used as a stepping stone not a way of life to not have to work and be lazy for the rest of your life. Most people who don’t like her are the people who she refused to let scare her into putting up with anything. Mrs Brenda made me feel safe living over there . I appreciate her for that.

Usually they have paper applications outside the office door Terrie Hicks. If none are there, stop by the office between the hours 8am-4pm Monday - Friday
No there are only 8 one bedroom apartments out of all 4 courts ,last time I checked there was a 2 to 3 year waiting list . that might change there is a new management there she is strict . I know all of this cause I know 2 people who live at west greens . not a a good apartment complex been a lot of shootings and stabbings and a lot of drugs in that apartment complex . and they apartments are not very well kept another apartment complex to stay away from is cabarrus arms .
