About five years ago we rented a wheelchair from Heavenly Wheels when my husband broke his foot. Excellent service and worth every penny that we spent with them. Fast forward to three weeks ago and we needed a wheelchair again because my husband broke his femur. The hospital and insurance arranged everything and just dropped everything off in the hospital room. We had some questions about how to use the wheelchair comfortably this time and the rental company that the hospital used was no help. I called Heavenly Wheels to ask a question and not only did they answer the question but Amanda FaceTimed us to make sure we could see her demonstrate it on a wheelchair. They go out of their way even when they don’t have to which is a rare thing today! If we have any further needs we will definitely rent from them and refer them to anyone who asks!

John and Amanda are sincere owners with a genuine desire to assist in mobility and quality of life issues. Customer service is excellent, and John's knowledge of wheelchairs and scooters is impressive. I was repairing an electric wheelchair myself and John took the time to answer all of my questions no matter how detailed. Excellent customer service. Extensive product knowledge. They are there to help!

No we are self-pay.
No we don't, but we do accept CareCredit cards for payment. You can apply for it, and it pays for medical expenses, then you pay CareCredit back over time.
We don't have used rollators in our inventory. We have several different kinds of new ones, that might interest you.
