Take a look at the sound panels hanging from the ceiling. Take them down or clean them...they're filthy. I'm tired of hearing you have staffing issues. Hire a service to keep up. Those of us who are loyal deserve it. You need to clean the air vents on the ductwork. Look up people.

everything is always closed sauna steam room, pool, basketball courts, and we pay membership for nothing and very unfriendly and don't help front desk rude and not professional but try to act professional and think they work at the White House.

We live in Parma Heights and are members there, so you can definitely go for the day without living in Strongsville. Day passes for 3 and under are free, youths 7-14 and seniors are $6, and adults 15-59 are $10.
