Astounding!! I am completely floored by this stand alone location. The service, genuine cheerfulness and concern we received during our stay have captivated us and brought each of us to say - there is something special here! Every staff member we have encountered from Morgan at the front desk to Tamara & Deb and the sweet ladies in the kitchen have a smile on their face, made us feel so welcome and gone out of their way to make sure we are comfortable. Three Cheers to this Residence & the stand alone culture of care they have created to rival the greats of hospitality.

Room was clean and updated. Hotel is in a great location close to tons of bars and restaurants. Will definitely stay here again

We had an excellent stay at the Residence Inn-Surprise AZ . Deb at the front desk greeted us warmly, checked us in early, and helped with a late checkout issue we were worried about on departure day. She described the amenities available to us in detail, and made the check-in procedure seamless. What an excellent ambassador for your hotel. In addition, Breakfast was excellent, our room was perfect, and we thoroughly enjoyed our entire stay. We will happily return to this hotel.

We recently stayed in Residence Inn Phoenix and enjoyed our stay very much. The pool and hot tub were open during normal hours which was an important activity for our young son. The rooms were clean and comfortable. It was nice to have more than continental breakfast, as they served hot and delicious items. The breakfast staff was kind and accommodating; and engaged in pleasant conversations with our family. They went above and beyond. We will definitely stay here again.
