Second extended stay; 1st was Los Angeles County, San Dimas - this time in Peoria, Arizona. Friendly, helpful staff for the most part. Great locations; outside cameras & security would be nice at both locations Maintenance is understaffed, these people are working full-speed. Plumbing a problem in San Dimas. Guests picking-up after themselves or their pet's trash is not constant enough. Miguel (San Dimas, Ca), is awesome ~ wish there were more like him! So I'll be here in AZ for a while longer, and will not hesitate to stay at an ESA again.

The staff are friendly, and welcoming; very personable. Dislikes. The rooms are old, appliances are old. Although they do their best with what thay have to work with, the rooms are not cleaned very well. But again they are only 1 person teams cleaning multiple rooms a day. So, bring your own cleaning supplies. The beds are comfortable, carpet worn, could be better. This place is in an ideal area for shopping. Elevator breaks alot. Out for 2 months while there. Overall, it worked for my 6 month stay.

Yes you can do one night or longer-term. The rates vary a bit. This time of year it is a bit more if cost. The longer you stay the cheaper the rate. For me, I am staying for a month and it was approx $1800 for the month, I pay for two weeks at a time so approximately $900 every two weeks. The rooms have a TV, full size fridge, two burner stove and a microwave. Free Wi-Fi but you can opt for a faster connection for a fee. Hope this helps
