Going here is an absolute cluster fudge. If you go through the drive-thru you are looking forward to at least 15-20 minutes just sitting in line trying to order. You go inside and you are looking at around the same. Ordering ahead of time is useless because you still have to either wait in the drive thru, or stand inside waiting for pickup for ridiculous amounts of time, and the process of picking up your food is awful. Their employees are a whole new level of incompetent and I'm certain one of the employees was drunk because they didn't seem right, and reeked like liquor. If I ever get the urge to eat here again I will order through Uber Eats or DoorDash so I don't have to deal with the infuriating experience of actually going there. 0/10 would not visit again.

This is my FAVORITE Chick-fil-a in all of Arizona. Their staff & customer service is the best. This is the best run Chick-fil-a & they know how to handle people. That is why it is busy because we always come back to this one. Try it, you'll see...

Worse experience ever. The employees and manager just did not care. No please or thank you's, had to teach the employee to say your welcome when you say thank you. Had a spill at my table, the associate tending the floor smelled of alcohol. Took 10 minutes to get back with us. The manager finally came to our table, looked like he was 17. Apologized, but I informed him it was the worse experience ever. Support this establishment and in n out, but will not return to this one. Drive through business looks good, take care of you dine in customers. Owner!!! No response needed. I've seen you just have a copy and paste response for terrible service. Get some hands on and care about your location. I was embarrassed for this location.

Super fast and efficient, they had my food to me in less than a minute. Had the Cobb salad, tasted great!
