W just got and infestation of wasps which notified office and ask to be relocated while they fix the issue they specified this is not an emergency and been told to just close the door exterminator will come next day!!! Really??? I hope they never ever encounter a situation like this in their personals life specially having a toddler.the inside of the house looks worse

3 stars aren't bad for this Medina property. I love my 1 bedroom apartment. It is small with a little over 400 square feet, however perfect for a couple starting out or someone like me downsizing. There are spacious parking spots and minimal traffic. Neighbors are respectful and I feel safe. Newly renovated, with newer appliances and flooring. Clean and Quiet. Economical pricing. Surprised Buckeye School system however they have busing and a great school system as well. And lastly. The best office staff and a timely maintenance response team. Just love my tiny apartment...

I have to say that Lincoln crossing apartments are so cute. Nice little community. Very clean and updated. A little small but perfect for my son. The ladies at the office are sweet! Im pretty sure I made friends for life😊. They explain things so well and keep you informed. The history of Lincoln crossing is pretty interesting too. Thank you ladies for all you do!

Transferred from Medina Village. New remodels are great.

I rented a two bedroom for $635 but i believe the cost went up to $675
$540/month plus water electric and trash
We allow up to two pets per apartment home and charge a $300 pet deposit, and monthly pet rent of $30 per pet. Breed and Weight restrictions apply.
My daughter lives in a 2 bedroom . I have not seen the 3 bedroom units so I will answer what I know about the 2 bedroom units. Rooms are small. Great place if you have a really tight budget but very little room.
No it is not a senior community. It also is not based on income. However the rent there is much cheaper than many other places in Medina
Ask for Renee been here 6 years not a bad place to live
