I scheduled my appointment back in on October 13th. They called today to say that the counselor is unable to take on additional families, esentially cancelling my appointment a little over a week prior to it taking place. I now have to restart the entire process of finding a family counselor that not only will take my EAP but also have availability before the end of the year. Very frustrating!

I had 2 counselors here and they dont practice it . I have gone to one in Parma Hts off pearl road, across from Marc's Southland
I think they do. I know a lot of kids go there for counseling.
