It's the only place I'd go in AZ to watch a Movie 🍿. The roominess and comfort is unmatched. Ordered a Fried Chicken sandwich from the Bar while waiting, and I was satisfied at all. The breast seemed over cooked or old, but my Wife's Sandwich was perfect. I was gladly given a refund by Management, however getting a straw, and napkin, from the Server was like digging for gold. Then I noticed the sign that read (Tips are not necessary). Which I was able to connect the dots to... Just thought the straw would come with the Cup of water with a lid. As well as a Napkin with a Chicken Sandwich 🤷🏾‍♂️

Rude unfriendly staff from the moment we walked in. The only friendly guy was the one taking tickets. We paid for our tickets then proceeded to the food area to get a refill on my popcorn told same day only which I was unaware. They made a big deal called over someone else who says she’s going to look into it comes right back says system is down and they will not give me refill! I was so upset, mind you the entire theatre is slow no one is there. Not offering anything or maybe at least give me another bag to put in mine nothing. I said I just want a refund, staff cared less rude as ever give me my refund no apology nothing! Then my mom states to the lady sitting there saying nothing the entire time just attitude and rude face you’re losing money she obviously said nothing didn’t care it’s not her money it’s Harkins!! I’ve never had an issue before ever especially with Covid wanting to enjoy a movie and they made a big deal. It’s popcorn which costs nothing but, charge an arm n a leg!! I will not return to this theatre ever. If you prefer nice staff not rude miserable staff who ruin your whole day save yourself!! Harkins AZ mills obviously doesn’t care about customers or making us happy! I’d give zero stars if I could but, won’t let me.

There’s 1 IMAX auditorium here with 2 digital projectors. The seats are regular rockers instead of recliners. I guess I’m kinda spoiled 😅because rest of the auditoriums have renovated to wide comfy recliners. The screen & sound itself is what you’re essentially paying for. Definitely money’s worth in terms of massive size and surround/bass. Some instances the sound felt too loud but toned down quickly during dialogue. The space between the row in-front isn’t much for long legs. Overall an amazing way to experience movies on a ginormous screen. Thank you!

Very nice theater.. upgraded seating but not isolated either... I think it's a very nice modern place
