Waited two hours told 1 hour. Called ahead thought made appointment. No appointment and not told I needed to do online. 92 year old with son & me. We’re not told until we were going in that only one person could be with patient. We are both caregivers. Both need to be present. Staff Unyielding. Did not consider best interest of patient. Cited covid & size of room. We requested exam in an open space so both could be present. Refused even though willing to waive Hippa if open area was hippa issue. Should have been told upon arrival of policy not after 2 hours. Never again.

Attention seniors. No where on their website does it say anything about not accepting secondary insurance. I would never had gone there had I known that. Disservice to the senior community. The nurse checking me in was very good and Nicole the practitioner who evaluated me was awesome too.

Front desk girl Jasmine Ellis wasn’t friendly at all, I see other reviews here saying the same thing. I hope she gets better customer service skills. I came here to get a drug screen for school and the nurses were very nice. I suggest coming early in the morning if you don’t want to wait I came at 11:00 am and only waited like 10 minutes.

My visit was great from start to finish. Check in one very smooth, and when I got to the exam room, Nicole Skarmas, PA and nurse Rachel were exceptional. Explained all the procedures and medications that were being provided. Even though it was late, after hours, they took your time and made sure I got the best servers they could provide. Both did this with a smile on her face and truly cared that I got the best service they could provide. Thank you
