I had dinner there two weeks ago and there aren't seating outside at this time. The gust of wind would have made it impossible to serve outside. Depends on where you are seated inside the view from the inside is awesome.

There is a section of the usually outdoor area that is covered, but there is no totally outdoor seating area that I saw while this past week.

I was there on Sunday, and all of the cocktails were priced at $18. Small plates and large plates were a bit pricey as well but delicious. It was worth it.

Yes, BEFORE 6pm you can sit indoors at a table and be waited on, or grab a beverage and enjoy a seat outdoors. No need to be 21 to enjoy this great spot (I've been here with kids). I think that after 6pm it's 21 and over...

Yes, it's open to the public. I do know they stop serving food around 10 or 11pm. I believe the close at 12am and they will kick you out, no lingering. Even if you just received you drink at 11:50pm
Atmosphere is upscale and prizes fit into that as well. Although it's not crazy overprized or something, Cocktails are 15
