Complete rip off. Last year our lawn was regularly mowed. This year we ended up buying a lawnmower because this company barely came to mow our lawn. Our grass and several of our neighbors exceeded a foot in spots and when this company finally came our lawns looked like hay fields. Their staff also destroyed numerous lights on our lawn. Their staff told me they take on way more jobs than they have bandwidth for as if I couldn’t figure that out. Lol.

My parents hired these clowns to trim some trees. They were supposed to top three fruiting cherry trees and shape two ornamental cherry trees. On one of the fruiting trees they left the tallest branch which completely defeated the purpose of trimming in the first place since the whole point was so we could reach the fruit. Then, they topped off the two ornamental cherry trees, which they WEREN'T supposed to do, and now both of those ornamental trees are completely dead (whether it's because they took off too much or because they didn't clean their tools before trimming, I don't know), so now we have to cut those trees down, grind down the stumps, and replant them. Not only that, but they charged $2000 to do this half-a$$ed work. They knowingly and purposely took advantage of my father because he's old and gullible. These people are con artists and don't deserve to be in business.
