Terrible animal living conditions. Between the six species of parrots they had, there wasn't a single toy or enrichment activity. I couldn't even see that the macaw had any food at all. Any water that the animals had was filthy with an oily sheen. Adequate room was not provided for almost all of the reptiles. I watched turtles struggling to turn around in their tanks, lizards with bad, old sheds still stuck to them and at least one lizard appeared to have dead tissue at the tip of her tail. If you want to see sad animals for free, you can walk a hundred feet or so down to Happy Tails instead.

Very friendly family owned business! Lots of family and was able to hold a snake and alligator, which was amazing! Brianna was really nice to us and answered all of our questions! I'd highly recommend! Plus they have Justin Biebers old boa constrictor!!! Super fun

We have not been to the facility itself yet. But we booked them for a birthday party and it was absolutely amazing. The kids loved it! Our guide was soooo very friendly, kind, calm and patient with the children. He took time to answer questions we had and we learned quite a bit of things too. All the kids got to touch at least some of the animals. But my son was able to hold more of them. Being the birthday boy. He was over joyed! Big reptile friend!!! I'm so very happy and glad we found them. I was worried they weren't coming because I hadn't heard anything, but turns out traffic was really bad(construction season) but everything worked out wonderfully! All my friends are looking into it for their future things too. We will make a trip to the zoo itself sometime too!!! Very happy. Recommended highly. Oh and everyone got to hold the big snake at the end. The kids faces just lit up with that!!

My grandson has been there before, my first time. It was amazing, all the animals, the employees-extremely knowledgeable and friendly. So many reptiles and amphibians to see and learn about. Sitting with my grandson and daughter, holding Harley- a 6 yr. old Cayman was pretty cool, to say the least. THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE MUST VISIT, for quality family time and fun education for the kids. Definitely going again! Google RAD ZOO..
