Ply Gem is not a good place to work they don’t care about their employees with them it’s all about production. Supervisors and leads discuss employees termination, write ups, and other issues that should be confidential. I knew I was terminated before I received my phone call because it was already being discussed. Even though that’s a law suit, Im just gonna hit them where it hurt and go publicly with it. A little bird also informed me that 1st shift Supervisor 2nd shift supervisor and 3rd shift supervisor pop pills on the clock. OSHA needs to be on sight to see how African Americans are being discriminated against. The supervisors and leads pick and choose who they wanna discipline && how they wanna discipline, they make rules as they go, and instead of making rules for everyone, different rules apply to different people. For instance, in orientation it was stated that jobs might become available for you we like to give everybody a opportunity to move up but if we feel like it’s not a good job for you and we think you’ll do better as a operator we won’t give you the job you applied for. && That’s not equal opportunity.

Great place to work good pay.they are attentive and care about the employees room for growth in any department.very professional.plygem also takes preventative measures so employees and visitors stay covid free.they have ppe at front desk before entering plant.
