If you are looking for 813 Hamrick St the Location is confusing and hard to find (it's DHL NOT NESTLÉ)...signs say Nestlé across the street, but you actually need to cross over railroad tracks and go straight down a hill to Left side of Electric Co Op Building. The building does not even have signage anywhere informing you that its Nestle or even DHL. Come On Management! Super slow Unloading and no restrooms for Truckers Only Porter Potty's at DHL Building. Also there are 2 shifts, they claim day shift is for Loading and night shift for Unloading. If you are late, they may make you wait for your respective shift to be loaded or unloaded. They need more and better Signage. I wasted 20 mins being lost and security guards answering the phone for Nestlé tried to help but didn't know much. I would've saved time and gas if Security would've informed me that I was looking for DHL Building instead of Nestlé. Its also the whack brokers fault. It's a 2 way street, we need these facilities in order to haul freight and they need us to haul for them. Management think about truck drivers for once and get some Signage near the main road and railroad crossing. Is it purposely confusing and the DHL Building sign less?

Well I have been there 16 years now and the pay is pretty good, the benefits also, and my job isn't difficult at all. However that being said like alot of companies they have taken alot from their employees in the past 10 years. Overall it's a good job with good pay but it also has it's cons like seeming like the management plays lots of favorites HR also especially with overtime. Lots of complete families aunts, uncles,cousins and kids work there and you know that means there is going to mean favoritism. Yet I am still there. Working 2 jobs now because they cut me down to 40hrs per week, but not everyone, I see plenty of people there that are still working overtime. They seem to have alot of turnover there these days also..
