My mother and I went to BuyBuyBaby in West Long Branch and were overwhelmed with the kindness and generosity we were greeted with from the moment we stepped inside. We were looking at strollers and were approached by a sales associate and a manager who were so extremely knowledgeable and helpful with not just the strollers, but all items we were looking for. A huge thank you to Sophia, from Peg Perego, April, and the stores manager and visiting manager from Paramus for making both myself and my mother so comfortable shopping and for the tremendous amount of help you provided. I could not recommend coming to shop at this store more!

It’s an absolute shame that this is the only big baby store around. This place gets worse and worse every visit! I had to walk up to the cashier that didn’t even see me at first because she was playing on her cell phone. Lines are usually ridiculous because there is no one willing to help out and today after spend nearly $300 they couldn’t provide anything for me to carry my items out in and I had a lot of small necessities I had to purchase ! I’m very well aware of the bag ban in NJ and I’m more than willing to purchase my own reusable bags, they don’t even have that option !!IA store like this SHOULD have the option to purchase reusable bags! I’m also shopping with a toddler so holding on to him very important as well. The cashier and the manager could care less. Actually had the nerve to look at me like I was being unreasonable asking to purchase a reusable bag. They had no desire to help and if I wasn’t driving I would have to leave everything behind. DO BETTER BUYBUYBABY!! Mothers are shopping here !

I would bring it in to see if one if their stroller associates can see what is wrong with it. If the can't determine whats wrong Id reach out to Quinny customer service and see if they have any suggestions or noted issues.
