I lived in Bishops view apartment for 13 years and I must compliment the manger Erica she is a very understanding person with a lovely personality she took care of ant problems that I had and I love living there I hated to move but I couldn’t afford the rent and live comfortable also the maintenance staff is great also Otis j smith former resident of Bishops View

Nice location but the property managers and maintainence are horrible!!! Manager don't get anything (let alone critical or emergency) items done. They don't do anything unless you contact the regional manager.

Not really happy with the new amenity fee. My last lease said the amenity fee was a 1 time charge. Plus specifically says no charge upon renewal of lease. With my busy schedule I did not get to reading the new lease until a few days prior to being automatically renewed. The new fee now includes Comcast internet. Which is laughable coincidence since Comcast was the only thing available until this past Jan 2022. That is when FIOS was made available at the complex. Which I jumped on because I did not like the Comcast service. Now Comcast internet is “included” upon lease renewal. I got the run around calling corporate and had to renew. I am currently looking for another place that doesn’t have these SHADY practices.

If I could give no stars I would. These reviews have to be fake. There are human size Cobb webs in the stairwells that don’t get cleaned and don’t get treated. They have no parking and management has a nasty attitude. Please do what I should of done and move next door!!!
