The smoking allowed in the building is terrible. Why in this day and age do they still allow smoking indoors. It is shows they do not care about peoples health. There is not enough washer and dryers, it is always a wait to get in to use them. They are frequently broke or not operating right. Numerous times I have had to rewash and redry my clothes. The maintenance people are for the most part not very friendly or understanding when an issue arises. I would definitely not recommend this place to a friend until they address these issues.

Kaitlyn M is a great asset to the company. She is such a hard-worker, always very helpful. Jenn Allen is an awesome Property manager and has made this apartment community a great place to live .Also wanted to give a shout-out to Moe and the maintenance staff for there awesome work. I am so happy to call this place my home.

The only good thing about this corporation, is the view if you get lucky. The pool is lackluster, the gym barebones, parking is okay. It's crazily overpriced and the leasing office will not do anything to accommodate you in times of despair. One of the worst things about the apartment is the hypocrisy, they'll charge you a 10% late fee if you're even one minute late on rent, which is understandable until you see how they operate. Maintenance orders take weeks to be fulfilled, they control when you can use heat or AC and move extremely slow to switch over to the appropriate settings when the seasons change. Rent Is increased every year but you can't get a free carpet replacement or some kind of cleaning service. The elevators are always broken, the fire alarm goes off for no reason on average twice a month. Also the AC's leak into the carpet. It happened in my living room and bedroom. The solution was to relocate the leak onto my balcony so from spring through summer my balcony is flooded. In the bedroom they tore up up the floor but didn't replace the carpet so whatever mold is there is still there. Also they promised to turn the heat on last Friday, Oct 8th, thinking that it would be done I put my settings to heat but it was blowing cold air and caused the household to get sick briefly. And I cannot reiterate enough that the $150 yearly amenity fee is not worth it and when I asked, you're not able to opt out. The water is shut off like once or twice a week for no reason too, there's always a problem on their end but we're never compensated for it, but they will gladly nickel and dime you whenever possible.

Nothing is perfect, but this place has been perfect for me. I have pleasant neighbors, and the staff here made me feel like I was coming home to family. Now how do I stop them from showing up for dinner all the time? (Yes, that was a joke! To see if anyone reads these, lol :-)
