i have lived in South wind village for 8+ years.i like the community and feel that management is always trying to improve.these posting about THE LADY IN THE OFFICE not wanting black or people of color to move here are NOT TRUE..i am white,64 years old and my neighbors are from many race's ,different age groups and we all seem to get along very well.management and staff do a good job of maintaining the community for all of us .

This place is very nice 'and the people work together.im very happy with my family in this place. Please come here and never say bye because this place is number 1.and say thank you at the office nice girl.she touch the heart's she listen at every one .

I think you can rent to own call the office to make sure
I pay close to 800.I moved in 10years ago .I have a double wide on a corner lot.I have 3 bed 2 full bath .I get a lot for my lot rent.you also must realize how effectent these homes are.my electric bill is 31$ s month and my natural gas bill is 27$ s month.no water bill,no sewer bill.trash and recycling is free and so is snow removal.security is included and tree's are trimmed.
Always a lot for sale. Look elsewhere though. You will not be happy.
