Waited over an hour and a half past my appointment time(second appointment of the day) and when I finally approached the staff to ask if there was some sort of situation or when I could possibly expect to be seen, they said they couldn’t tell me anything beyond they don’t know how long it will be and couldn’t so much as narrow it down between five or 60 minutes. Usually it’s about an hour wait time, but this is just a blatant lack of respect for their patients.

Dr. Parks is absolutely amazing!! She is the first doctor to truly listen and take her time to treat you. She is very thorough and has the best bedside manner. All the ladies that work there are kind, professional and extremely helpful. I never have any trouble getting an appointment and the receptionists are always willing to arrange a date and time that works for my busy schedule. Thank you This means so much to me that I have a doctor and staff available so close to home that is so patient and caring.

They don't have respect for your time. You will sit and wait for the doctor for 45min - 1 hour. Doctors change out yearly. Dr. Patel didn't seem much care for performing a thorough physical. She would though prescribe expensive fish oil pill like Vascepa to a broad range of patients despite vital need.
