Yes! We are interested in both, Miss Hennessy. One is $90,000; dbl wide " " $60,000; single wide. Both have 3 bed rm, 1 half baths. Park is kept nicely. Excellent school.district. Personally, I'd like the prices to be a bit lower; although, you do need to take into consideration that the hook ups are provided, etc.

Do they still rent out space for rv or travel trailer for summer/fall season?

Not sure if they rent anymore once the new manager took over he started to take down all the old trailers and putting in new.
