I’ve called ALL DAY LONG about a refill for my prescription and i was told several times they sent it in but they did not. Ive even had my pharmacy send a request after they repeatedly medically neglected me and they still did not send in my prescription refill. Now they are closed and I’m having an allergic reaction and no one is here to remedy this. I’m literally sitting here in tears with nothing i could do at this point. I’ve called 7 times today since 10am about my medication and here i am at 6:30 having an allergic reaction. I pay for my primary care. I don’t expect to come out of pocket for an urgent care visit because of the neglect from this office.

Questions & Answers

Why can't I get my call answered in three hours when I am trying to refill my HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE meds

Because they are lazy and incompetent. They also don't know how to use a telephone.

I have no insurance how much is co-pay and I'm unemployed!

You don't need insurance. They charge you based on your income(sliding scale). If you're unemployed, you have to go to department of labor and get a WG 15( form that states how much money you've made). Takes a few minutes depending on crowd. If little or no income you will be charged a flat rate of $40.00. Good luck.
