I don’t post reviews unless they’re stellar. I barely expect decent service and don’t take it personally when I do not. That said, my problems with UPS seem to be less individual than glaring red flags indicating a HUGE issue with theft and tampering. I’d say about 30% of my deliveries from UPS have been tampered with over the past couple years. Many have been stolen outright. UPS and FedEx are directly responsible for the gutting of USPS, but refuse to protect their own customers’ property. They’ve managed to corral all complaints into phone calls, which I won’t have anymore as it leaves no record and therefore has no result. I would like an email for somebody who has any authority to create solutions. This is invasive and UPS should be under federal investigation, if only they were bound by federal mail laws. If it were about low-level employees like drivers, it wouldn’t be a glaringly systemic issue. I’ll be filing a complaint with the MA AG.

Ugh. What else can I say? One person working the counter. She was beyond cranky and clearly everyone was annoying her even though the doors opened 5 minutes earlier. My suggestion to other customers — only use this location for packages that are fully packed, sealed and with the label already attached and you only need it scanned into the system and a proof of drop off. This would be like your Amazon, Zappos and LLBean returns. Good luck.

I will plop a 5 star review down here. I really do not know what many of these people are complaining about... IF you NOTICE many many of the 1 star (and those who wish 0 was an option) were from the December timeframe of 2020. Really, why were you not shopping local stores? Ill provide a hint, UPS delivers Businesses first, Residential SECOND. Delays may to be because weather on Cape Cod, but could be in ANY city you ordered or your package progresses thru. Also, UPS has had the SAME issue hiring people as EVERY other business. Oh, and if you don't want your package left in the rain.... leave a BAG under a rock or between the doors for them to use.... my driver uses them all the time when I leave them. thank You for putting up with garbage during these covid times and internet shopping has gone up 33% in 2020. -- wonder what it was in December of 2020

Josh - I would be more than happy to pick my item up and alleviate the heavy load on UPS. But that seems really hard to do when the office is always closed.
I have several packages there also. Is there any way to pick them up?
Fedex dropped Amazon a few months back because Amazon doesn't want to pay. USPS will drop their contract with Amazon when time comes and so is UPS unless they start paying a fair price for these services. I think UPS stopped taking Amazon trailers this week. Its only going to get worse for Amazon.
You can’t. This is by design. UPS does not want you to be able to reach their local facilities.

Amazon has a timing that if it is not delivered it gets reported as lost, most likely yours is waiting to be unloaded like everyone else that has orded stuff, I have an order not from Amazon and its waiting to be uploaded still. Also I would check with the ups website or app for most up to date information. Hope this helps you.
Call the 800 number tell them your tracking number, tell them to hold it and wait for a call or email to pick up
Mine has been there since Friday 6/5. I need it ASAP. I went to the distribution center yesterday and was turned away.
I've had same problem. Since 6/6, I get notifications each day that my Amazon package is out for delivery. But, no package ever shows up. Obviously, Amazon and UPS have issues. 😟
Tracking system is overwhelmed and crashed so it will not update all the time please be advised due to C19 allot of deliveries not enough workers and time
You can try but its not guaranteed to be there some packages are there but others are not

Nothing. This UPS hub frequently 'loses' packages. Was it delayed due to 'civil unrest' or 'weather'? I had one this summer that was delayed due to 'weather' even though it was enroute to me (it was 75° and sunny). UPS management refuses to hire more drivers (and buy more trucks) and drivers are working 14hrs plus daily.

I made arrangements through UPS to pick up my items in Yarmouth. Unfortunately, it took over an hour of standing in line to finally get the package.
Over shipment compacity they are playing catchup they now have drivers using UHaul trucks to help deliver 📦

No iv been working 12 hour days its a mad house down there whats going on is everyone ordering stuff online be the virus were Experiencing more volume in packages then ever right now worse the xmas time
Ups is trying there best to get out everything to everyone we are experiencing higher then usual volume of packages you not the only one that still waiting also try going to the west yarmouth ups and see if you can pick it up there

Not at the center, but if counter is closed you can bring into office door to the right of counter with the Jersey barrier or drop off at any UPS Store. Some of the CVS's are drop off points now.

Call them Or track online. Sometimes if no ones home they will leave sticker on your door. If signiture needed or no place safe to leave it. Create an acount or just call with address and name if no tracking number.. Good luck...
