My package has been 20 minutes away in West Yarmouth for almost a week. I’ve called, sent emails.... no help. And, by the way, the weather is beautiful here and no natural disaster. Can I please come to West Yarmouth and pick up my package?

I have several packages there also. Is there any way to pick them up?

My package has been out for delivery 4 times now and the driver goes right by my house and returns my package to the facility. It’s now over a week late. My tracking info said it was out for delivery twice today and yet he drove right by. This is beyond Ridiculous

You can call the facility and check if the package has been unloaded. If that's the case you can have them hold it for you. You will need an ID. Just because the app says that the package is in the facility it doesn't mean that's been unloaded. Hope this helps

Same! Mine has been there since May 30, 2020!! They told me to file a lost item claim online. I did it and the result was that the package couldn't be found.. now they want to refund me. I hope Home Depot gets involved. I don't want to re-order and wait, then possibly not get it again!? Maybe Home Depot can ship to store, but I DON'T WANT TO WAIT!! Technically I can agree a mattress is non-essential, HOWEVER a good nights sleep is essential to me considering my three kids (all boys aged 2,4,7) are home 24/7 and homeschooling and working... my mental health is at a breaking point and I just want my new bed!
