The residents are friendly, we have a beautiful salt water in-the -ground pool, nice clubhouse with a billiard table, shuffleboard table, kitchen, and plenty of room to hold a meeting, give classes, play bingo, and have live entertainment. Park is run like a prison. You are told what you can do and can't! You are treated like a second class citizen (with her unethical practices)who has no rights by the park owner Johanna (the warden) Not recommended!
