this place sets you up for failure… i’ve called over 50 times over the course of some months and no one answers the only thing i get is an automated voice message telling me the voicemail mailbox is full so i can’t even leave a voicemail.. they are now trying to tell me i missed my scheduled appointment when i never received one in the first place.

I understand that there’s circumstances of how they handle things. I literally come here once a month do do community service and never have an issue with anyone, they love me and I get what I need to done. EXCEPT one behind the desk lady who is SOOOO rude. If you do not like your job don’t work there. YOU do not understand everyone’s circumstances and everyone’s reason for being there and that DOES NOT EXCUSE you to talk to people the way that she does who are already having a hard time just because she feels superior. I’m pretty sure this is the same lady who’s in the comments trying to make an excuse on why she talks to peolle like that “because of the circumstances” everyone case is different that doesn’t mean be an A** to everyone just for asking a question. If you don’t want to be at your job DONT BE! Just because you’re miserable doing your job doesn’t mean you bully others just because you don’t want to speak to them.

I was sentenced to six months of probation here. I completely did what was asked of me, but on my last day, my officer was not in. I gave my completion paperwork, final payment, and proof of community service, to the lady behind the desk. She told me that I was done! And I should’ve been!! Now come down the line, about 4 months later, I’m hearing from the court about how this final visit I made to the office is not on file. That they never got my completed service and all that. Now I’m in a new state, new job, and I have to come BACK to settle the mistakes that THIS OFFICE and the older black lady behind the counter had made. Thanks a lot, my tax dollars hard at work.
