When it comes to jewelry, I want to work with someone who is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and dependable. Jamie, Darci, Beatriz, Dominique and all of the Associates at Jewelry Artisans possess these qualities and are skilled at both educating and putting their customers at ease. They are extremely patient and you have their full attention when you are working with them no matter how big or small the matter. I’ve never felt pressured to make a decision or a purchase and that’s very important to me. Every experience I’ve had with Jewelry Artisans has been very pleasant as they have a knack for making their customers feel valued and part of the Jewelry Artisan’s family. While the majority of the items I’ve taken to them have just needed routine repairs, I’ve also brought in some real challenges. Just when I think I finally have them stumped, they prove me wrong. No matter how simple or complex the problem, they have been able to come up with a solution that’s beautiful, functional, and creative. Their custom work is excellent and they are very good at helping you come up with something special, that incorporates your old sentimental pieces into a new design. My favorite piece of jewelry is a necklace that was made using the stones from Mother’s engagement ring. I am currently in the process of working on a necklace for my my niece utilizing stones from my old jewelry, and pieces belonging to my Mother, and my Grandmother. I can’t wait to see the finished product.
