I was a previous patient and tried to get back in to get on medication ASAP, as my other provider can't for another 2 months. This place was no different. There have to be more providers than just this place and Mental Health Co-op.

I’m a patient here from 2016 to current. Back in day they use to have their stuff together, seeing a med provider wasn’t an issue at all. Now, one is missing in action that I did see, others have left and one only comes one day a week ONE day a week!! How are patients suppose to get their meds in and not be in fear of running low or out. If you do run out it’s like pulling teeth to get the refilled. I use to really love this place and I know pandemic did some damage, but your patients shouldn’t have to wait and wait on an appointment either. Their front desk use to be in order too, now they have ladies who laugh n talk amongst themselves, sometimes you have to get their attention at the window in order to be seen, it’s ridiculous! They don’t have a lot therapist there left either, I use to brag bout how good this place was and now I don’t feel the same anymore, I don’t feel safe about my health n mental well-being any longer. There’s people who need actually help and for them to wait is absurd. People don’t want to hear apologizes, we want results!! They are good people there, just having to wait to October to get a med appointment is not right at all!

This place needs to be torn down they are the rudest place I have hade to go to these patients have mental issues and they don’t even seem to wanna help

Please consider another group. Centerstone will take messages and assure you someone will call you back. Then two weeks later when you call again and ask to speak to management, forget it, they will take a message and assure you someone will return your call. See the pattern here? If you need help this isn't the group to provide help.
