We should all call the news on these people. I applied for assistance over 4 months ago and no one has called, emailed or left any messages on my gateway portal. I checked it week ago and it said that my case was approved on September 1st, but I still have not received the benefits. I have called over 60 times and have not been able to speak with anyone.

Horrible two workers came to my home to talk to my granddaughter never even gave the supervisor an update of how her mother was abusing her then the supervisor looked into it and never heard back from her MS idella Green horrible sent information to them then had to wind up getting the courts involved to get my granddaughter CPS Fairburn Road garbage

You just got to go up there. They don't answer phones. Best time to go is when they first open. That goes for any DFCS office. Make sure you have any and all important documents with you. Any missing info can cause a huge delay in any application process.

You have to come in at any office and fill out an application for tanf and you have to make sure that the other parents is on child support so you can tanf. Also you can go on Georgia gateway website apply online for benefits.
