They prescribed me an antibiotic that caused a really bad rash, then sent my new meds to the wrong pharmacy, they wouldn’t give me a Dr’s note even though the reason I’m out of work is because of the meds they prescribed because it’s day 4 and they have a 3day policy. The phone rep told me to go back to the clinic and when I get there they turn me away. Vanderbilt is possibly the worst medical provider I’ve ever dealt with. Care now was 100 times faster and more professional. Vanderbilt only cares about getting as many patients seen as possible the quality of care is not important to the Dr’s and nurses that work here. Save yourself from the headache and don’t go to any Vanderbilt walk in clinic.

Have excellent ppo Anthem insurance. Vaque bill for ~$170 (insurance did help otherwise just for steroid shot would have been $500+). Billing is no help so oh well just bite the bullet. Not coming back.
